Hiya =)
My name is Marianne and I'm 20, though this figure changes every year or so.
I'm a student, studying Drama and English in Trinity College Dublin. My greatest talent is pretending to be very knowledgable about books I haven't read. I'm Irish, though not emphatically so. I'm quite short and talk very loudly; some have suggested that the two may be related. I'm fond of semi-colons, despite an initial aversion and my footnotes are always immaculate. I'm too academic. I'm averagely eclectic. I want to be the Cheshire Cat when I grow up. I have no memory for faces or birthdays, but somehow still have wonderful friends.
I own a pencil case from London, bearing a picture of a panda playing baseball and a badly-translated slogan that encapsulates my attitude to most things:
"I don't know where we are. But we go everywhere together."
